Applicant:
If you are a first time applicant user of the Carta system and you would like to apply to or request information for a particular program, you can click on the "Programs" link in the upper right-hand corner of your screen to locate the program. Alternatively, you can also click "Search for Programs" on the left-hand side of your screen. Once you have clicked on the desired program, you can click on the "Apply Now" or "Request Info" button.
If you have not previously visited a study abroad advisor and you are applying to an independent program, we strongly recommend that you first complete an advising application by clicking "Request Advising", or by clicking "Start an Advising Application" on the left-hand side. If you visit the Center for Global Learning to get information about programs, you will be asked to complete this advising application first.
Once you have clicked one of these options (Apply Now, Request Info, Request Advising), you will be asked to log in. You will use your ASC network user name and password to log in. Do not use your full email address as the user name.
Once you have completed one of these options, when you need to access your application again later, you can click "Log In" in the upper right-hand corner.
