Nebrija University_Brochure

Students will have opportunity to chose to take Programs de Studios Hispánicos: two Spanish intensive language courses or Spanish Plus that combine Spanish language learning and one course from various subject taught in English at Nebrija University for four week (or continue for an additional four weeks for a total of four courses, if desired).
During the 4-week session, students take 45 hours Spanish language, worth 3 credits, at the appropriate level of written communication, grammar, vocabulary enrichment, and oral practice.  Through Spanish Plus, students participate also in a 3-credit chosen elective course for a total of 45 hours of lectures. Included in the program are cultural activities and, for additional fees, excursions outside of Madrid.
There is no Spanish minimum requirement and there are courses for native speakers.
Language courses will be counted as equivalent to Spanish 101, 102, 201, 202, or upper level depending upon placement. Applicable elective courses must be reviewed by the appropriate ASC department for credit.
